    Do not rent from this company. They are abusive to their tenants. Plan on spending time in court if you want your deposit back. If you are unlucky enough to rent from them, have a good look at the lease, there are things in it that are illegal. Your house will probably be unsafe.

    DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, they are easily the most unprofessional, dishonest, unloyal, disorganized establishment I have ever had to deal with. Even giving them one star does not seem fit. Despite his immature teenage boy attitude, the little office aid does not care about anything or anyone what so ever and conveys very well the overall mission of the apartment complex to only be out to make money. The only reason they get away with acting like this is because people are desperate for housing in gunnison. But regardless, do not rent from Mountaineer village, it is a glorified trailer park with no respect for its tenants and will screw you over as soon as they get the upper hand.

  • Review of "Ferro's Blue Mesa Ranch" at Gunnison

    This place is one of the best places to stay in gunnison if you like the mountain look and old look to your cabins. It I'd really clean and the owners treat you like family. They talk to you about true grit and fishing. They gave us free horse rides. Really sad this place is being sold.
